Internal Research Capability:  Leading international search software and qualitative search techniques allow our skilled researchers to identify target populations accurately, quickly and with discretion.

Off Limits:  We have few off limits issues in each search practice, as we strive to assure clients we can source high quality talent from a significant range of direct competitors and will be honest where we can’t.   

Search Tracker:  Whilst we aim to produce a long list within 3-4 weeks and a short list with 6-7 weeks, we report on our progress each week for the client’s review and discussion. This can often reduce timescales and provides valuable market intelligence on competitors, equivalent roles and compensations. 

Interim: Senior managers and executives will often have periods of notice of 6 months or more, or require maternity leave; our interim practice can help if remedial and/or urgent action is required.
