The search parameters and profile of a role may require the combined approach of a targeted search and advertising. The search would be directed toward identifiable companies, perhaps direct competitors or obvious candidate sources, and the advertisement would attract individuals from a much larger target audience.
In addition, we would also source potential candidates from our own database.
Our Process:
- Draw up a search strategy covering a limited number of companies.
- Agree a media schedule for advertising with the client, writing and agreeing copy.
- Prepare a 'candidate briefing document', highlighting all aspects of the role, required candidate attributes and experience, the company background and reason for the recruitment.
- Submission of weekly progress reports to the client on all search activity.
- Preparation and submission of a short list of selected candidates.
- Taking of references and follow up contact once in place, to assist with the induction process.
