Discussions with our client will have identified, the markets and companies, National and/or International, whilst the level of the role will dictate the visibility of target individuals.

This work we carry out in addition to sourcing individuals from our own database of contacts, already known to us.

Our Process:

• Agreement with the client of the search parameters and any 'exclusions'.
• Preparation of a detailed "candidate briefing document", outlining all aspects of the role required, candidate attributes and experience, a background to the company and the reason for the recruitment.
• Submission of weekly progress reports to the client on all search activity.
• Preparation and submission of a short list of selected candidates.
• Negotiation of remuneration details with the chosen candidate.
• Taking of references and follow up contact once in place, to assist with the induction process.
